Q: Who are the target participants?
A: Folks of any age and ability are welcome to join. If someone needs extra dexterity or comprehension support we encourage them to bring a helper, this include children under the age of 10.
Q: Will there be introductions?
A: Yes! We will tell you more about our organization, the Downtown Hive, and do a round of introductions.
Q: What if I'm an introvert?
A: This is a community building event, but we understand some folks are not always comfortable in social settings. If that is the case, you are welcome to observe from the sidelines or find a HDP representative who will introduce you to a ‘safe’ new friend.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Many folks will be coming from work. Any attire is acceptable, casual is encouraged.
Q: What does HDP get out of this?
A: We have a mission to activate and elevate a vibrant Downtown, with underlying goals of building community and activating the Hive. This series matches with these objectives.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Two hour parking zones end at 5:00 pm throughout Downtown, so there are lots of parking options.
